Free Ride
Just because a train is delayed or packed to the gills doesn’t mean that conductors shouldn’t come around and check tickets.It’s not fair to the daily commuters who purchased tickets and passes while the non daily commuter riders ride for free.
I have been commuting from Northern New Jersey to New York City for the past 10 years. Spanning that time, I've taken NJ Transit buses and trains to and from Penn Station NY, Penn Station Newark, Hoboken, the Path, and multiple private bus lines.
